A wonderful 18K white gold engagement ring. Stylistically, this ring is a perfect example of two design eras. The octagonal head is modern and geometric suggesting its Art Deco roots and the curvilinear open work on the sides alludes to the Art Nouveau movement. These elements marry well to create a  balanced and decidedly beautiful engagement ring. The center diamond is an EGL certified 0.58ct G color and SI2 clarity round brilliant cut diamond. This ring is hallmarked "Belais 18K,' c. 1920s. Belais was one of the first companies to patent white gold and are often accredited with inventing it!

This ring is in excellent vintage condition with minute signs of wear that commensurate with age. It is presently a size 5 and can be resized.
