To make a snake. It’s the stuff of myths across the globe, the slender body molded by hand from some organic base into the moving, curious creature we know today. And when two are entwined together, it’s a time-honored symbol of eternal love. 

Here we have a marvelously early Victorian snake ring handmade in 15K yellow gold. And the attention to detail is incredible. The snakes are hand engraved throughout and we love that their little tails curl around the top of the band. One snake is set with a 0.45ct Old Mine cut diamond, the other with a 0.35ct Ceylon sapphire, and they both have tiny old cut yellow diamond eyes.

This ring is in excellent antique condition. Presently a finger size 8 and can be resized with limitations.
