Edwardian Emerald with Diamonds
Edwardian Emerald with Diamonds
With its beautiful detailing and knockout center emerald, this early Edwardian ring makes quite a statement. The step cut rectangular emerald is approx. 80cts and an ideal emerald green with minimal inclusions, showcased beautifully by its setting of tiny gold prongs surrounded by approx. .32ctw of point cut diamonds pave set in platinum. All this rests atop a delicate handmade gallery leading into gently fluted shoulders and a thin band, all in 18K yellow gold. Most likely English, c. 1895
This ring is in excellent antique condition. It is presently a US size 6.25 and can be resized upon request.
