14k yellow gold, lapis and diamond Arts & Crafts pinkie ring. Lapis is carved as long, narrow navette cabochon, set north to south in bezel capped with tiny old European cut diamond. Inside of band is inscribed "E.C. - A.L. Sept. 13th 1912"
