Folks talk of legacy. Of remembering what came before and paving the way for what’s to come. And here, a talisman that connects it all. A signet ring with a family’s crest, they’ve been made in some form for a few millennia. A vintage substantial 18K yellow gold signet ring with an engraved intaglio of a heraldic coat of arms. The shield features three creatures, perhaps lions or gryphons, engraved in diagonal atop a checkerboard pattern. There's a nice engraved border around the top of the ring, as well. The underside of the ring has a carved lion rampant with a little ruby flush set into the eye. The Lion a symbol of strength and the ruby eye, passion. It is stamped 18K GSI. 

This ring is in excellent vintage condition. It is presently finger size 8.75 and can be resized.
