But when it comes to strong design, there is a winning argument to be made that Italian artisans are among the best. 

At legendary Italian jeweler Buccellati – those folks know how to pay attention to every detail. This vintage ruby and diamond band in two tone 18K gold is signed by fabulous Italian jeweler Buccellati. A 9.6mm wide band with an engraved braid motif in white gold is set with 32 brilliant cut diamonds across the top. A faceted 0.70 carat oval ruby is set in a yellow gold millegrained bezel in the center. The guilloche border is also in yellow gold. 

This ring is in excellent vintage condition. It is presently finger size 5. This ring can be resized with limitations; please note resizing will interrupt the pattern of the band.
