The Art Deco design movement contains multitudes. There’s inspiration from the Edwardian opulence that came before. From the geometry of the period’s innovation, architecture and industry. From the artistry and handcraft of both the ancient world and the surreal modern moment. And all these inspirations came together, were brought to life with cool diamonds and flashes of bright color.

We see lots of that inspiration in this geometric Art Deco era ring with its great period details. An elongated hexagon shaped top is set with three stones oriented North/South: a 0.16 carat rectangular carre cut sapphire in the center and a 0.05 carat single cut diamond both above and below. The stones are bead-set in individual millegrained boxes with an open, engraved 14K white gold surround. This gem-set design sits above a 14K yellow gold basket and band with hand engraved shoulders. The inside of the band is stamped 14K. 

This ring is in excellent antique condition. It is presently finger size 6.5 and can be resized.
