Which stones to choose for the garden path? You want them to fit together creatively, beautifully, seamlessly. Some bigger, some smaller, some perfectly fitting in the spaces between. They come together harmoniously, showing us where to go, when to pause, what to notice amongst this beautifully designed landscape. 

An Art Deco diamond engagement ring of such neat design. At its center is an approx. 0.85 carat old European cut diamond in a crimped, petal-like setting. It is of approximately I-J color and  VS2 clarity. The sloping shoulders each feature gracefully rounded steps set with three graduated old European cut diamonds, bringing the ring's total carat weight to approx. 1.25CTW, ranging H-I-and VS2. There are great engraved details on the sides of the band and a bit of pierce work on the gallery. The inside of the ring has the maker's mark HWBt which we have not yet been able to identify. The crisp work in this ring is hard to articulate and must be seen to be fully appreciated. 

This ring is in excellent antique condition. It is presently finger size 6.75 and can be resized.
