Some special moments from Toi et Moi style ring’s history: Some 220 years ago, Napoleon Bonaparte proposed to Josephine de Beauharnais with one. In the 20th Century, Jackie Kennedy donned a spectacular version with diamond and emerald. As with all great design, it spans the centuries. The concept is simple, two gemstones very different in nature coming together to form one beautiful and seamless entity.

This Art Deco ring is just about as good as they get.  A lover’s ring no doubt featuring an emerald that weighs approximately 1.46 carats and the Old European Cut diamond approx. 1.35 carats and approx. L-M color and SI1 clarity. Wonderful hand engraved on the platinum mounting. It was made c. 1920-1930.

This ring is in excellent antique condition. It is presently finger size 3.75 and can be resized.
