Edwardian Navette with Emeralds

$22,800.00

The philosophy of a navette ring is one we can’t help but respect; you have a whole finger’s worth of space for a ring, so use it. Now this particular jeweler, whomever they were, used it well. A center antique cushion with soft corners is the star of the show, set in a millgrained bezel and surrounded by a halo of precisely cut emerald melee, which come to a delightful arabesque point. At the very tips of the ring are substantial old European cut diamonds as well as one bezel set old euro on each side of the navette. Not a millimeter lost or wasted in this fabulous ring.

This ring is in excellent antique condition. Made in platinum - the center diamond weighs approximately 1.20 carats and is approximately H color and SI2 clarity. Surrounded by 1.26 carats of old European cut mellee of H/SI1 quality and approximately 0.25 carats of emeralds. Presently a size 7.5 and can be resized. Made c.1905 during the Edwardian era.
