Big Old Mine Cut Diamond Three Stone
Big Old Mine Cut Diamond Three Stone
She says she’s not outdoorsy. She says she’s an indoor kid. But the call of the wild is in there. Once in a while, on the most perfect of summer days, I wake up to full water bottles on the table, a handful of protein bars in my backpack, and my hiking boots pulled from the closet. We’re hitting the trail. She bounds over the rocky outcrops, one foot in front of the other, climbing up and over each stone. Sometimes we reach out to each other for balance, for aid in surer footing. She loves these stones, organic, unique, brazing their own trail.
This Gray & Davis collection three stone ring features a trio of old mine cut diamonds set in platinum atop an elegant 18K yellow gold band. The center is a 2.61 carat old mine cut GIA certified as O-P color and SI1 clarity. On one side we have a 1.35 carat old mine cut certified as L color and I1 clarity and on the other is a 1.20 carat old mine cut certified as K color and SI1 clarity. Stones are set in a combination of wide and split prongs. Additionally, three antique diamonds are bead-set into each shoulder for an additional approx. 0.20CTW of accent diamonds. Finished with a high polish 18K yellow gold band.
While all the diamonds were faceted more than a century ago, this ring was made right here in NYC in 2025. It is in excellent modern condition and presently a finger size 6.5 and can be resized.
