It’s like being born into colored light, ascending that last stair into the chapel awash in shades of red and blue. The long, slender, tapered windows, all set with colored glass, make magic of the air. Sit a while, take it all in.

A lovely Edwardian solitaire diamond engagement ring with a lovely architectural basket reminiscent of stained glass window frames of churches or castles. They hoist a 0.95 carat old European diamond of approx. J/K color and VS2 clarity, bead-set in a hexagonal top. Platinum, hand engraved sides taper to a slender, lightly corrugated band. It was made c. 1920.

This ring is in excellent antique condition. It is presently finger size 8 and can be resized.
