A Victorian braided or "keeper" ring, which at one point was worn to "keep" a finer ring on the finger. Today, the braided design has come to symbolize the unbreakable bond between two people and they have become love tokens to be shared. This 5mm wide 18K yellow gold band features a braid pattern uninterrupted all the way around. Inside are full English hallmarks; the ring was assayed in Birmingham c. 1899.

This ring is in excellent antique condition. It is presently finger size 6.75 and can be resized; please note resizing may interrupt the pattern.
