This sweet antique gold swallow pendant is set with dozens of tiny seed pearls and miniscule garnet cabochon eyes. The pendant is fixed to a dainty 16” cable chain in 14k yellow gold. Swallows are traditional symbols of love and loyalty, and are a favorite motif of sailors and others who promise to return home after a long journey.

The swallow pendant dates to the Victorian era, the chain is a modern addition.
