This miniature carnelian cameo features the profile of a classical soldier wearing a plumed helmet. The cameo is set in a simple frame of 14k yellow gold, and the pendant measures 1 inch in length by ½ inch in width. The pendant dates c. 1900, and is strung on a modern 16” cable chain in 14k yellow gold.

This pendant is in very good antique condition, with minor signs of an old repair at the bail.
