A darling Georgian 12K rosy yellow gold heart pendant. The center of this piece hosts a glass covered compartment that  currently displays a pink woven textile.  A delicate border of pearls surrounds the central compartment.  Without question, a sweet love token that was hand fabricated most likely in the late 18th to the early 19th century,  c.1790-1810

There is evidence that a name was inscribed on the reverse but has since been worn away. This pendant comes on a modern 14K yellow gold 16 inch cable chain.

Pendant is in very good antique condition with signs of wear that commensurate with age.
