The sweetest little puffed heart pendant in 15K yellow gold!

And, to add a little sparkle, it has an antique rose cut diamond set in an engraved mariner's start setting on the front. The back has full English hallmarks and was assayed in Birmingham c.1901. Signed HM for the jeweler Henry Matthews of Birmingham. Darling!
