Solitaire Serenade Ring
Solitaire Serenade Ring
Solitaire settings are designed to let the diamond do the talking, but in this case it sings. This substantial old European cut diamond weighs 2.94 carats, is certified by GIA as N color, and VS1 clarity and has the large facets, big sparkle and singular character that we love in a 19th century, hand-faceted diamond. The key here is its minimalist platinum setting with a delicately millgrained octagonal bezel – the perfect solo stage for this diamond sing us its serenades. And if just a little embellishment is your thing, don’t worry, when viewed from the side there is a chorus of openwork flourishes and latticework throughout the gallery and shoulders. Made c. 1925 in the Art Deco period.
This ring is in excellent antique condition. It is presently a size 6.25 and can be resized.
