Solo Performance Edwardian Solitaire Diamond Ring
Solo Performance Edwardian Solitaire Diamond Ring
Solitaire settings are designed to let the diamond do the talking, but in this case it sings. This substantial old European cut diamond weighs 2.53 carats, is certified by GIA as I color, and SI1 clarity and has the large facets, big sparkle and singular character that we love in an old euro. The key here is its minimalist platinum setting with a delicately millgrained bezel – the perfect solo stage for this diamond sing us its serenades. And if just a little embellishment is your thing, don’t worry, when viewed from the side there is a chorus of openwork flourishes throughout the gallery – for the wearer’s eyes only. Made c. 1915.
This ring is in excellent antique condition. It is presently a size 5.75 and can be resized.
