An antique engagement ring that marries the delicate with the bold. The handmade platinum mounting is hand engraved with openwork floral motifs of gently curving vines and flowers and is set with three, graduated old cut diamonds on each side. A distinguishing backdrop for the remarkable asscher cut center diamond, replete with strong lines and bright facets. This lovely asscher weighs 2.01 carats and is certified by GIA as I color and VS1 clarity, the side diamond total approximately 0.20 carats, G-H, VS2 quality. Made c. 1915.

This ring is in excellent antique condition. It is presently a size 6 and can be resized.
