Victorian Diamond & Emerald Serpent Ring
Victorian Diamond & Emerald Serpent Ring
We have seen quite a few Victorian snake rings in our day (which is fine by us!) But trust when we say, this one is extra special. Two little serpents cuddle up and look towards the future together, resting heads on each others’ shoulders (do snake have shoulders?). An enduring symbol of love from another century.
14k rosy yellow gold double-snake ring. One embellished with an old mine cut diamond, the other with an emerald. European marks, most-likely mid-late 19th century. Handmade with a subtle hammered finish.
Presently a size 8.245, this ring can be resized.
