A snake ring from the Victorian era which depicts two snakes intertwined with hand-polished old cut diamonds set into their heads. A symbol of everlasting love, the kind achieved over a lifetime of loving companionship.
A Victorian snake ring made in Sheffield in 1836. Set with two old European cut diamonds totaling approximately 0.10 carats and of JK/SI color and clarity. The diamonds are bead set into the head in classic mariner’s star bezels. Presently a size 11 and can be resized. This ring is in excellent antique condition.
