The Art Deco era is known for embracing color and geometry – two things that shine through in this spectacular ring. The center diamond is 1.52 carat round Old European cut and is prong set in a contrasting square frame. Each prong has a surprise diamond set into the tip and the frame is finished with millgrain detailing. Along each side of the center stone are rows of contrasting custom cut sapphires and round diamonds. The final treat comes when the ring is viewed from the side, and the tall, openwork cathedral arches in the gallery come to light.

This ring is in excellent antique condition. It was made c. 1925 and is presently a size 5.5 and can be resized. The center diamond is GIA certified as I color and SI2 clarity. The side diamonds total to approximately 0.20 carats and the sapphires to approximately 0.30 carats.
