An exuberant Victorian starburst pendant featuring a 2.50 carat opal with pinfire play of color and .68 carats of old mine cut diamonds. Diamonds are set in silver, the oval cabochon opal is held in yellow gold prongs. The starburst dates to the 19th century, and was likely originally applied to the front of a locket. We paired it with a 20" sterling cable chain. Pendant measures 1.50 inches in length and 1 inch in width.
