A fun 9k yellow gold late Victorian guard chain, extra long at 61" and fit with a swivel clasp to attach charms and pendants. The articulated tube links are stamped with tiny stars, and interspersed with larger gold openwork stations. Wear it long or double or triple it for a layered look. Originally a lady would have worn this chain attached to a pendant watch and tucked into her belt or pocket. Made c.1900, most likely in the United Kingdom.
