Victorian 10K rosy yellow gold chain measures 24.5 inches in length. Links are an interesting shape with pierced center and engraving on one side. The chain has a strong geometric presence and wonderful texture and volume. The tassel is removable and dangles below from a spring ring with stippled cap and one thin perfectly engraved border. Tassel pendant is 2.25 inches in length with thirteen pieces of handmade woven chains that gently sway with movement.   This piece was most likely made in America, c.1880.
