Cast in 18 karat gold, expertly engraved by hand and humming with notes of the past including its old mine cut diamonds, cut c. 1880, and the antique-inspired millgrain and scrollwork patterns that adorn nearly every inch of the top and sides. The five old mine cut diamonds total approximately 0.32 carats and are bead set in a tapered line.
