In impeccable condition, this 19th Century Japanese aesthetic bracelet has been kept in its original box for more than 150 years. The carefully-rendered scenes inculde Japanese maple trees, cranes and even a tiny frog! Some imagery is depicted in textured high relief green and rose gold while other elements are etched into the surface.  The composition is pleasing beyond words, and the soft, bloomed finish is in near perfect condition. Made, most likely, in England c.1865-1870. This bracelet accommodates a 5-6.5 inch wrist.
