Looking for effortless elegance suited for everyday? It is hard to believe that such a tall order could be fulfilled by these petit earrings, but alas, they positively fit the bill. The voluminous gold button is made in 15 karat yellow gold and bloomed for a brighter yellow and matte finish. Yet despite their stout look, they are lightweight on the ear and finished with comfortable curved ear wires that keep the button close to the lobe and are delightfully poke-free. Two rose cut diamonds are bead set in the center of square frames, because a little touch of sparkle never hurt. Handmade c. 1890 in England.

These earrings are in excellent antique condition. Two rose cut diamonds total to approximately 0.05 carats and the buttons measure just under 0.5” in diameter.
